Exactly what I expected! Got my wax onto the pad and applied it to my car perfectly. I had those rectangular blue application pads from the Chemical Guys but the rectangular shape is not good for applying wax, trust me on that. You can't stuff a rectangle into a rounded jar and expect the wax to get onto your pad evenly.I'd buy more as soon as I run out.

These are the best to clean hard to reach cracks and corners that need a human touch , I've never used anything that can reach into those deep bowels of cracks and crevices. I put all my might and strength into scrubbing those corners with these foam fingers and the unit has yet to break or show signs of tear.The best part is - all that black dirty gunk comes right off very easily when you wash the finger pockets with soap and water. Easy maintenance are always an important factor when choosing quality products.I plan to use the next one inside my vehicle, my wife is a clean freak and this will definitely get its working time during traffic, I can clean the whole dashboard console within minutes with a simple cleaner.So its confirmed - This high quality foam finger pocket is easy to clean , its well made , sturdy . Nicely sewn so it looks like it will last a long time if you wash it after each use and keep it in good condition.When I received them, the size of the foam finger was a bit bigger than I had expected, not a big issue. Perfect little sleeve to make a once tedious job a lot easier.First off, I can't complain about the price 4 pockets for under $20, come on. On top of that they are actually sturdy and made from dense foam! It's not some cheap product that's being pushed here, these are actually up there with several, more expensive, brand products.I used to hate working on rims, getting between spokes, around the curves, and grooves with a regular hand held applicator. My wrist would get tired of twisting and turning. Not anymore! The pad can hold product on both sides, so working it in and spreading it is no problem. It works great with rim wax, sealant, and AIO (all-in-one) products. Basically, if you need something to spread/work products on rims, this is it.Another place that I do like the use of this foam pad is when I use and AIO on interior trim to shine and protect it. The end is narrow enough to precisely work it in without creating a mess on the surrounding areas.I have not tested or tried the pockets on a vehicles body paint yet, so I can't say if it works there without any side effects.My pros/cons from using these pockets so far:Pros:- 4 pockets for under $20- It has thick foam with a tight stitch on the inside.- Spreads product well- Precise application- Reduces stress on wrist joints- Gets into all corners and areas of a rimCons:- The size. I fit 3 fingers tightly or 2 loosely, just a little awkward to hold at times. Maybe different sizes (2 large/2 small) could be made in this kit.- Product seeps though eventually, so WEAR GLOVES! If your skin is sensitive to chemical products, or you are working with a greasy product, wear some latex gloves to protect yourself.- There is discoloration after washing it. Picture shows what I'm talking about. (but that is really minor)

The package came with a set of 4 of these foam pockets, when it says finger pockets it is actually quite a lot larger than a finger. I could fit all 4 fingers inside and use my thumb to hold the pocket. I liked the snug fit that prevents slipping even when wet. I used one to wash the car, another for the tires, and one for waxing. During the washing, it stayed on my hand even when i had to scrub and it did not show signs of tearing. The tires have not been so clean since they were new and the edges of the pocket were perfect for small spaces in the rims. After drying the car I applied wax with one pocket and used another for buffing. I got an easy, smooth application and the soft foam buffed my car to a really glossy shine.This product was received for free in exchange for a fair and honest review.

This are amazing to apply wax and sealant. Having them go over your fingers versus holding a pad in your hand makes a big difference. My hands got less tired and this is why I really like them.I received this product in return for an honest and unbiased review.
