VCE RG6 Coax Cable Connector 3GHz F-Type Nickel Female to Female 5 Pack

​I purchased this VCE 3 GHz Coax Cable Connector 5-pack a few months ago because I needed to extend several coaxial lines running into specific rooms in my house. My ultimate goal was setting up a MoCA (Multimedia over Coaxial Alliance) network to get fast, wired internet over my existing coax lines. ​The previous connectors I had in the house were constantly giving me issues and dropping connections. While MoCA technically operates on frequencies above 1675MHz, a lot of standard, older coax extenders can't cleanly handle the higher frequency loads and end up bottlenecking your speeds or cutting out. Knowing that these VCE connectors are rated up to a 3 GHz frequency gave me the peace of mind that they could handle a modern MoCA system with absolutely no interference. ​The Results: ​Performance: They work fantastically. The connection is rock-solid, and my MoCA network has been running at full speed without a single drop. ​Reliability: I installed them right after they arrived at the end of January. It is now late May, and after nearly 4 months of continuous, daily use, they are holding up beautifully. ​Value: At around $6 for a 5-pack, these are incredibly inexpensive. This is your basic coaxial cable connectors or a female to female type connector. Need to join an installed cable line to a television just a few feet away. Worked like a charm and now I have a few others in case we have the same situation occur elsewhere

My TV/Internet company upgraded from cable to streaming. I had a 4 cable splitter in the basement. I removed it and hooked the cable from the box at the pole directly to the cable to my modem/router combo. Doubled my internet speed.

I had to connect my antenna to my TV which the antenna was in the window but the cable was not long enough with these coax extender adapters I took another cable and connected up to the antenna and then another cable with another adapter to connect to the TV which both cables was kind of short but they worked perfectly I recommend getting these and having these on hand for when you need to connect cables up or antennas and stuff like that they were great!

I'm setting up a DECA network (MoCA but slower, might end up switching to MoCA in the end actually). I did a test between one of these and an old clear coax barrel (1GHz) that was just lying around by transferring files over LAN. To my surprise, the clear one averaged around 8 MB/s and the blue one (this one) averaged around 8.5 MB/s. Why the increase? I don't know, less signal degradation, whatever, but for a permanent installation it is worth the money over the ultra cheapo ones.

They came fast and work well; they are everything I have ever wanted in a Coax Cable Connector. My tv was on one side of the room and now it is on the other side of the room because of this delightful product.

Needed to connect two small cables we already owned to give more flexibility for the computer/modem set up so not such such a tight fit. . Saved buying a new longer cable and don’t have to worry about accidentally pulling out some of the cable. These worked perfectly.
