Great texture and taste
Jovial is my favorite gluten free pasta brand. It cooks quickly and doesn’t turn to mush. I use the spaghetti noodles for traditional pasta dishes as well as a replacement in chow mein. Guests never know the pasta is gluten free!!!

Great gluten free substitute
Who says eating gluten free is hard? These noodles work great for people who can’t eat gluten. Yes, it’s still a grain so strictly it’s not grain free. It is high in carbs but I would rather kick the gluten out of my life and worry about carbs later. For me, it’s about inflammation instead of weight gain or blood sugar. Use the taste test for how long to boil. When it’s done just right it’s great for pasta night. Hip hip hooray for gluten free pasta lovers.

As good or better than wheat spaghetti
An excellent product, superior to Tinkyada in that it does not have the slightly bitter brown-rice aftertaste my family dislikes in spaghetti. (Although in general Tinkyada - especially the macaroni - is very good.) Can be substituted for wheat spaghetti with even the pickiest eater.Like all brown pastas I've tried, Jovial has the advantage of absorbing sauces better than wheat pasta, giving the finished dish a deep and satisfying flavor. It also has the rice-pasta tendency to clump and/or turn mushy unless cooked very carefully. Here is cooking the method I recommend (adopted from the Tinkyada packages):*Bring water to full boil*Add pasta slowly, a few pieces at a time, stirring gently to make sure it doesn't stick together*Boil gently 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently*Turn off the burner, cover and let the pasta finish cooking in hot water (excessive boiling breaks the delicate pasta to mush)*After 5 minutes, stir pasta and check for doneness.*Continue stirring and checking just about every minute after that. Pasta is done when it is very slightly al-dente. Do *not* overcook.*Drain and (optionally) rinse pasta under a gentle tap.*Stir in sauce or a little olive oil immediately to prevent clumpingEnjoy!

Unbelievably good
My wife has had to go gluten free and we had tried spaghetti noodles made with chickpeas, not good. But this brown rice pasta is so close to standard pasta, you don't feel like you have sacrificed. I think a blind taste test would make this pasta and wheat pasta indiscernible. I did cook it an extra minute and rinsed with cool water based on a recommendation.

Great taste after finding you have to go Gluten-free.
After having to go Gluten-free I found Jovial Gluten-free Noodles, (with the Love of Spaghetti) I found the taste of these noodles to be extremely tasteful, soft and easy to cook. I would and have been buying this noodles when I need to serve noodles with my recipes that call for them.

Nice product
Our family has been gluten free for 5 years and this is definitely one of the better tasting products. The one negative, for which I dropped 1 star is the package size. It seems if you go to the store locally most spaghetti packages are 16 ounces, but I've found if it is labeled organic they drop it down to 12 ounces; my guess is to keep the product at a price point similar to the non-organic ones. We have a family of 5 and this just isn't enough, 16 ounces works good, but 12 is not enough.I've noticed these sort of packaging tricks with many products lately, makes it a bit harder for a consumer to compare apples to apples. For me I'd rather have paid more for a standard size package than have to use a partial box to make up the difference. For a smaller family this may not matter, but for anyone used to a standard package size the difference will be noticeable.

Tastes great
It's difficult to find Gluten free products that mimic or are as good as other foods. This GF pasta is so good, we now prefer it to regular pasta. As most GF products, it's a bit pricey but well worth the cost.

Not a case of 12, only 6
I received my order today. It was only half the amount that I purchased. Each 'case' is actually 6 boxes of noodles, not 12 as advertised. Sadly, sending back to Goldas Kitchen. What a waste that this false advertising has resulted in.
