I ordered this based on a therapist friend's suggestion. However, this is not the version that she recommended!This is a blank notebook with a very pretty peach-colored cover and bright white (blank, unlined) pages inside.

I wish I had read the reviews. I didn’t realize it was a blank book. I saw it on Instagram and thought it would be great. But the advertising was false… I’m sorry I purchased it and to return it would actually cost more…

Terrible. It’s just empty notebook. Literally white pages inside + cover. Zero value, very bad
