Surprises me that Telsa doesn't provide this item as stock, from the factory. However, they do not and this organizer tray is fantastic. It slips into your center console with ease and looks great. You use the little cutout to push it out the way to access the deep part of your console, or pull it back towards you to store small items like sunglasses and coins. Highly recommended if you own a new-model '21 Tesla Model 3.Edited to add: i was worried before buying that this organizer would conflict with the 2 USB-C ports that are now on the back side of updated center console in the '21 Model 3, however I can confirm it does not at all.

The media could not be loaded.  This fits perfectly in my car, not too tight, not too loose, and it slides perfectly. It looks like it was made by Tesla, it looks like it belongs with the car, but they just forgot to put it in my car. Great product. Didn’t come dirty like I’ve seen with other reviews, just came wrapped up in some plastic, that’s it.

It came with the felt of the inner liner all over the tray outside and I had to wipe it down. There was also some dried adhesive stuck on the top of the plastic (towards the front of the tray with the little arc in front of it). I had to clean it off with Goo-Gone and after letting it dry and wiping it off, it came out looking clean. Small things but thought I'd note it, just so you might know you might need to do a little work in getting it cleaned up when you first receive it.Fills out the center console nicely. As described, the organizer tray slides forward and backward (a little bit cumbersome to pull it towards the front though). Some of the sections are so small, I can't do anything with them but it beats having to reach down the middle of the console to get anything. I'd prefer the official Tesla center console trays but they've seemingly been out of stock for a month now, this one works out for me though!I was initially apprehensive to order this because it was coming from some random company in China and thought I'd get some low quality product. However, after getting sick of waiting for the Tesla center console trays to come back into stock, I decided to take the plunge. It's got a solid build quality and has nice felt texture inside. No regrets, I'd go for this one if you're sick of waiting for the official Tesla ones to come back into stock too!

Arrived in an amazon prime bubble wrap envelope that doesn't actually protect anything. No box or wrapper inside to protect the tray, but the tray itself was fine. No scratches or cracks and looked new.The try isn't deep- maybe 2inchs? The bottom rests just above where the USB-C ports are, so you can have USB keys plugged in and the tray won't interfere or block the ports.The issue for me is that it's a Very tight fit. I can get it into the center console, but it won't slide forward or backward without considerable force. I pushed it all the way forward and it took a good few minutes to pull it back out without cracking/bending the tray. With one hand I can push the tray forward enough to get access to the bottom area w/o the tray getting stuck again, but need 2 to pull it back because I need to pull from the corners evenly. If I pull from the center, it bends and feels like it's about to break- that's how tight it is.All that said, I like it for the purpose I wanted it for- easy access to every day use items (coins, cards, masks, mini-sanitizer bottles, etc..) without having to reach down to the bottom to fish small items out. I can live with the tray not sliding easily forward or backward since the infrequent used items I keep at the very bottom. Maybe over time it'll loosen up a bit, but I'll need to watch that the interior walls aren't getting worn through.

Heed my warning- I was a victim of the ol' pen trick on day 2 of using this item. I was initially very impressed-it fits perfectly, both physically and aesthetically. But the very first time I pushed it forward with a pen on board would also be the last. The pen caught the upper front edge of the car's compartment and there was absolutely no way to access the compartment to try and remove it. We had to cut a hole in the front of this tray to unstick the pen without risking damage to the car (which inevitably happened anyway). It was nice while it lasted anyway. I may try to find one that doesn't have such a tight fit along the top lip. Anyway, it looks great! Just beware of the pens.

This is a nice organizer, fits absolutely perfectly slides easily, looks like OEM.I'm knocking off a star because when it's pushed all the way forward, it's tricky to pull it back towards you. The way this is designed, you can push it forward in the space to access the "deep" part of the center console. When you push it forward, it's not easy to pull it back to get to the organizer. Not impossible, just not simple. The little cutout does not give you a good place to "grip" the organizer to pull it back towards you. If the little half-circle cutout were 'reversed' I think it would be easier to grip.This is a minor peeve, overall this works well and is a nice addition to the car that makes a big, positive difference.

This is just a tray. But it integrates so perfectly and solves a real need for model 3 owners that it's hard to believe these aren't included with the dang car! It's simple and effective, so handy. The flocking even matches the compartment interior. It doesn't interfere at all with the lid either, it's pretty perfect.

Great build quality (isn’t flimsy) and the plastic lining and pull area makes it easy to slide the tray back and forth exposing the larger storage area underneath.I also love the compartment layout - it makes it easier to store and organize my essentials (keys, hand sanitizer, screen cleaner, wallet, mask, AirPods, and coins for shopping carts)

Fits perfectly.Well designed.Having it slide is outstanding. Only 4 stars because if fully slid out if the way it is difficult to grab and move back. Redesigning the finger notch would solve this.Every Y should get this.

This tray dropped right into the console of my 2021 Model 3 and it looks like Tesla included it with the car. the materials and colours are an excellent match. I do wish some of the dividers were adjustable, but that would likely increase the overall cost. I'd recommend this accessory to any Model 3 owner.

Pros:Easy to install and looks great.Cons:It's only one unit (for the front). For $25 CAD, you can get two units from TESLA, one for the front and one for the back.

Everything about it is great other then not having holes to snake through usb cords. The tray covers the usb ports but u can still access if you just slide the tray forward.
