These headphones are very good for a moderate price. The sound quality is good and sounds natural through the headphones. Isolation from external noise is good, although not 100% perfect, and theheadphone cups fit fairly comfortably over the ears. In my opinion the volume control is useless as thevolume is controlled through the TV or stereo handsets. The main issue for me was that there is noadjustment on the cradle which is a metal spring design and felt uncomfortably tight, until I managedto stretch it out a little, and have now become used to it.

Yo uso estos audífonos en la oficina (la cual tiene ese horrible diseño de oficina abierta) ya que mis compañeros se la pasan gritando todo el día.Lo primero que me motivó a comprar este producto fueron las opiniones de las personas que hablablan de su impresionante capacidad para aislar el ruido externo, sin embargo creo que esas opiniones son un tanto exageradas ya que si pretendes escuchar música aun puedes escuchar mucho del parloteo a tu alrrededor por lo que es mas efectivo escuchar un sonido constante como ruido blanco para alcanzar un aislamiento efectivo, yo no tengo mucho problema ya que eso es precisamente lo que usualmente escucho pues la música me distrae.Otro gran problema de estos audífonos es que son muy pesados, yo me los tengo que quitar cada media hora para soportarlos todo el día, si usas lentes como yo también te van a causar dolor a los lados. El control de volumen en el audífono es totalmente inútil ya que siempre lo necesitas tener al máximo pues las bocinas no tienen mucho poder.Creo que la calidad de sonido es buena y su aspecto intimidante le deja claro a los demás que no puedes escucharlos.

Got it for my metal detector, very nice quality of structure. I use it 4-6 hours in a row, a bit heavy, but i don't feel any pressure on my head or fatigue.For those who wants to use it as a music headphones, first - check if your player device will be able to handle its 60 homs, if your devise has no equalizer probably you not gonna be happy ;-) My mac plays great, no issues at all. I never go over 60-70% of the volume level. Everything that KOSS published at an official web-page meets with what i've got. So, i would recommend it, but only if you know how to use it.

Im Amateurfunk gibt es Situationen, wo mana.) einen stabilen Kopfhörer braucht und derb.) wenn möglich, die Umgebungsgeräusche so gut wie möglich dämpft.Beides erfüllt der QZ-99 von Koss optimal.Zur beachtung: der QZ-99 ist ein 'heavy-duty' Modell. Für kleineMP3 Player zwar durchaus technisch anschliessbar, der Einsatz istaber eher für andere Situationen gedacht.

Connecting cable very long, sound is reasonable but needs more bass. Headset is comfortable for a while but heavy for extended periods.
