Caution , if you are taking with diabetes medicine
i am sure this product works but for me it does not go well with metformin , i started having side effects. i was diagnosed with diabetes like two days before i received this item. im think it may work with some people but i do not recommend it with diabetes medicine.

so far it has helped me gain several pounds, I was under the impression that it was an aid to losing. I have reduced my intake of food, however since taking this I have gained weight. I will give it a full 30 days, and if we don't see improvement, I will send it back for a refund.

The jury is still out
I have started my second bottle of Forskolin. I haven't noticed a difference yet, but previous reviews said it may take several months. I am giving this 4 months to see if there is any difference. I have not had any bad side effects. No heartburn or any digestive issues from the pills, so that is good. I will update after the next 2 months is complete.

Cheep enough to try and see if it works for you.
I have weighed and measured myself everyday, at the same time of day. I have not seen great results although I am loosing a minuscule amount. I don't know if it is actually attributed to the Forskolin or a busier life. I have not had any problems sleeping like other people, but I take it before breakfast.

It Works!
Read about Forskolin in Share Care newsletter through Dr. Oz. He did not mention a brand, just to use 250 mg per capsule at 20%. Two a day with a full glass of water each, and I've lost 4 pounds in 6 weeks. There is nothing harmful in it, and my PCP said "go for it." It does reduce that belly fat that is under one's belly muscle. Clothes certainly fit better!

23 pounds in 2 months!
This stuff really does work. It takes time, but I'm telling you...try it! I started taking it around the end of Nov.2014. It's been about 2 months. I've lost 23 pounds so far. The only thing I did was start eating a little healthier. But I still had Pizza, Fries, Chinese Food, etc...about once or twice a week. The rest of the week I would eat smaller meals like, Weight Watchers frozen dinners etc... The Forskolin helped me feel full. It gave me a lot more energy. I even cut down on my insulin intake(being a Type 1 Diabetic). Believe me people, Diabetes has put me through hell, and I've tried a lot of weight loss pillls and diets. This is the ONLY thing that has ever worked for me. It just might work for you too.

l brought the product twice and placed another order today.it works for me l was 54 inches in the waist I am now 46 inches , so l would say that it works for me. l love the product and will continue to use it .
