These are the BEST! So much more stylish and professional than elastic hair ties and keeps my long hair off my neck. I like the length of these too. Others I’ve had were too long and the sharp ends stuck out too far at the bottom. I also like how plain they are. Sometimes I just don’t want something ornamental or elaborate. These are beautifully made, and subtle. So smooth, too—they never catch on my hair. When I ordered them, I couldn’t imagine why I’d need 2, but I’m so glad I have one to keep in my purse at all times, and one at home. Buy them!

These are perfect for long or shoulder length hair. Put you hair in a bun and put one in...it stays in for just about anything! My daughter is an Irish dancer and while practicing needs to keep her hair up. Surprisingly these work for all but the most strenuous leaps and drums. I just bought her a few more for her birthday this past week and she love's them. Not only are they functional but they're pretty too. Might not be 'Real wood" like many of them but are 1/4 the price and even close up look like the more expensive wooden ones.For something even stronger to use on wet hair, I highly recommend the spiral hair pin clips. They are THE BEST for putting hair up quickly when taking a shower after a workout or at any time. NOTHING makes these little things fall out. Both are great products, shipping takes a little while longer anywhere from 2-3 weeks coming from overseas depending on which part if the country you live in. I'm on the east coast. But well worth the wait I promise!!

These stay in. Nice to have two. I have shoulder length hair that is a medium thickness. I can have my hair in a twist or in a bun. It holds well for a long time most of the day if I have it very tight. I like using these instead of hair bands because those can give me a headache or just bother me. These are a different look. I can have them going the same direction, in toward each other, side to side, up and down.

Lovely piece. If it weren’t for the pretty severe split in one of the pair, I’d have left full marks. I’m unsure if it was a quality check issue or damage with the mail, but the second stick is essentially unusable unless I find a decent way to re-finish it. I hoped it wouldn’t be too big of a deal, but it snagged so bad when trying to put in my hair that I couldn’t even get it all the way through. The other stick is beautiful and works perfectly. Feels very secure, smoothly inserted, and has a low profile.

These hair forks are smooth without any rough edges. They stay in my thick, long hair pretty well. Because they are kind of short, I usually use two of them to hold up my bun, since using only one doesn't quite reach all the way across to hold everything in place. If your bun isn't quite as big as the one my hair makes, one would probably work quite well. I like the simplicity of these, and they are a nice, neutral color.

These are the most wonderful hair picks. the double sticks helps to hold the hair very secure. They are made very smooth so they glide through the hair bun, or hair knot easily. They are very strong and durably made.they hols the hair securely; much better than the single sticks. I would very strongly recommend these hair sticks to any person that has long hair that they wear pinned up. They are a nice rich dark brown wood, an they go with any outfit. You can use these in a casual situation, or with formal wear. Great product, great value. These are not cheaply made! I give these a five star rating.

Love how these hold my hair up attractively and professionally. I have a ton of very fine, long hair and one stick alone works perfect to hold all my hair up. Looks much more professional and tidy than an elastic hair tie. I use it for both messy and smooth buns and I can usually get it to hold tight the first attempt. Love them!

First one worked great..Smooth slid right into bun and held snug comfortablely.Could not find my first one used so went to packet and got second one..Differemt story thereSnagged few hairs so tight like thete was a micro slit in wood unable to see ir feel and so held by could not release..Finally HAD to cut few strands to release..Wish i could find the first one that worked so nice.
