My excel rice has a reddish hue. It doesn’t say that it’s parboiled on the outside but it looks and tastes parboiled. Can anyone confirm?

I have always bought India Gate Classic Basmati rice, which our local (Philadelphia) Indian grocers uniformly praise as the best Basmati. It is aged but not parboiled and has no reddish hue. But I can give you no information on India Gate excel basmati. Jim Crawford

It has slightly very light beige, but it will cook white.It should not be orange
