Old Style Healing Chakra Bowl Set Sizes 4"-7.5"; These bowls are AUTHENTIC OLD, handmade from Nepal and the weights and sizes are therefore approximate rather than standardized. They are made of 7 different metals connected to 7 planets of our solar system. Each bowl is tuned to one note of the musical scale (and one of the Chakras) so that the set of seven bowls will include 7 notes, one for each chakra. Expertly designed for quality sound, rhythm, and vibration, they are excellent for sound meditation, body relaxation, healing, therapy, Chakra tuning and clearing, head massage (larger bowls) and third eye opening. Each bowl has its own sound and feeling. The smaller bowls will be about 3-4 mm thick while the larger sizes may be as thick as 5-6mm. Each bowl is tuned to a different note on the musical scale, hence, a different Chakra.
