Fits just fine on my 2017 F250. Install took about 5 minutes.

A must for older F-150s
Get it before your tailgate is stolen while parked on the driveway! My husband's F150 is older and didn't have a tailgate lock on it. My understanding is the newer models do have the lock. No fun waking up and getting in your car to go to work only to see your tailgate missing.

If this simple item can stop the theft of my tailgate then it is worth it's weight is gold. It only took a couple minutes to install and it seems very solid. I will keep you posted on the status of my tailgate.
