I purchased this one as well as the De Omega Benefits in the light blue/white bottle but the one that has 240 softgels at 4 capsules per serving and the EPA is 1,680 and the DHA is 560 (there's another one in the blue bottle with a lower # of capsules that says servings size is 3 capsules and has different EPA/DHA #s even though the bottle looks identical. I didn't notice any benefits from this, which doesn't mean someone else wouldn't, but for myself this isn't something I recommend at the price point.

All the capsules are melted and stuck together. The deeper I go into the bottle, the worse it gets. I have been ordering these for years and this has never happened before.

This product is recommended by my ophthalmologist and I trust him completely. However, the price is a bit high for my budget and don't know how long I will be able to take.

Have not found a comparable substitute. Expensive but helps my dry eyes.
