Saniclave RS-SC-200 Approved Front Loading Autoclave

I love it. Very easy to use.

I bought this product for our office in April. I was packaging the autoclave for repair by the end of July. I doubt the machine ad even through 100 cycles. Dissappointment is an understatement. My complaint is two fold: when attempting to define what the problem was, the customer service rep tried very hard to not have us send the auto clave back and mocked our office for not having a back up Saniclave. I explained we are a small office and we needed the sterilizer fixed ASAP. The company even makes one pay shipping to fix the defective product. I will state that once I was able to get them to accept it and fix it the machine was returned within two weeks. I feel I should have NEVER had to go through this crummy experience. I would also share that once returned we were told there was a cracked chamber and this was a problem found after manufacturing and they were sorry. Really, think twice before you buy.

This instrument is easy to use, economical, works great, and looks great. I would definitely recommend this for an optometrist office.

Bad bought.They have not technical service for assistance. The sterilizer worked well only one month and then did not work ... request assistance from the seller and they gave me a phone number they told me i call you later and I am waiting for several mounth...I do not recommend buy with this company.I lost $1000 dollars with this item.And I wish my warranty.

So far this has been a great unit. Have use the unit for 7 months now. most of the neg reviews were back when the company was new and i think they have made some improvements. Was very conflicted about buying this machine almost bought a tuttnauer valueklave 1730 and will probably will if this machine ever quits. Ill update the review if it gives any problems.

Great price and it looks great sitting in the back corner of our office. We have already run a few hundred cycles and works very well! The thing that I liked most about it was the two year warranty. It also seems to have all the bells and whistles that a very high end autoclave has (dries wrapped loads and stuff), but with a cheap price. I bought mine for $1099.Made in America, too. Michigan or Minnesota someplace.

Junk. Received replacement "Improved" unit after complaining about the first unit. Has never worked right. Won't seal or preheat properly. Very frustrating product. Spend the extra money and get a reliable unit or maybe just get a good automatic pressure cooker.

Works as advertised. Very reliable for the modest investment. I just don't like the color. White is boring. I'd prefer something more bold.
