Didn’t come with charger. Ear attachment needs protective pad.
The device itself does work very well for its intended use of Microcurrent electrical therapy. I’ve had the Alpha Stim device, which is about $1000+ and has worked great for me, i was surprised that the cheaper alternative would have such great power even at the lowest levels. But the ear clips don’t have any comfort pads, so the shocks really hurt my ears, and I can’t get past level 2 or 3. Also, the clips are pretty bulky and stiff, so they’re not very comfortable to sleep in.Finally, mine did not come with a charger or a wall adaptor.

Works great
Made well- exceeded my expectations. Current is gentle and feels to be microcurrent. I have used every day x 1.5 weeks. Amazed at the results as I was skeptical. I am much more relaxed. Highly recommend!

Happy about my purchase
The package came damaged. The company was very easy to work with. They received and sent us a new product within days. My daughter uses this for insomnia, and it helps tremendously. This is a great company to work with very happy about my purchase.

I sleep faster and have reduced anxiety
I have autism spectrum disorder with a lot of debilitating anxiety and ADD. I usually lay for hours thinking about everything. But not anymore. Nothing makes me sleep faster than using this. It's on a 15 minute timer and I'm asleep before it stops to the point where I wake up later and take it off my head put it on the bedside table and fall back asleep. It has improved my depression, memory, focus, and my ability to learn. In other words, it diminishes my ADD. If you buy it, use the sticky contacts for your temples that it comes with. The earlobe contacts stopped working.

Done this for years
Not sure how to rate it yet. I've used these for years. This one is different. All my previous versions had big huge zapping effect on and near my ear. This one doesn't, but it has a very different effect. My vision moves left to right. It's like it has more deep current and less superficial current. I feel sensation deep in my head compared to my old one, which was much more shocking but local to my ear. I'm thinking it has better deep brain stimulation than my older version. This version also has black hard pads. My old version had soft circular cotton which I added salt water to each time. Salt water helps a lot. I'm using it right now. I'm going to rate it high. It does 8 zaps then 2 second pause and really stimulates my inner brain. One other big difference. My old one I could walk around. This one I have to lay down and use.

use this and fry your brain!!
output power too high and not adjustable. hooked it up to my electronic test equipment. measured 12.5 volts from ear clips. amperage was also too high. tried to decrease power output from unit. the unit display showed that power was being decreased, but my test equipment showed no decrease in power output. i do not recommend using this device unless you wish to fry your brain.

Finally, an ear clip vagal stimulator that works
I’ve tried five different devices designed to stimulate the vagus nerve through electrodes applied to the earlobes. Three of them didn’t work at all—the electrodes didn’t function. One of them did generate a current but had no effect. This is the only device that worked as advertised. Five stars!

Don’t bother -
Disappointed - ear clips didn’t work (following all directions). The hard pieces that are supposed to fit in your ear - hurt and didn’t fit BUT were the only pieces that you could actually feel stimulation.Long hauler Covid person here - need something that works not just junk. Forgot to track return timeline for return - kept trying to make it work because FDA approves units but docs won’t write script and United healthcare won’t approve except for epilepsy and depression (only approvals for last 20 years) with ridiculous paperwork trail. By the time you got through the process you could pay for the implant surgery out of pocket— guess drugs and fees are desired by healthcare companies, not healing people that pays the ridiculous premiums that work as long as you don’t use than.
