Everything about it very good product.Easy to install and operate.Now my review from a woman's point of view:First and foremost I want to point out the amazing job my husband did on the install! Now onto the actual product, we should have bought this system years ago!!! We have well water where we stay and it is incredible how this compact system changes the quality of water in our RV. There is no odd smell anymore, my skin and hair are softer, I don't have to use as much soap, shampoo or conditioner and doing laundry and the dishes doesn't require as much either! It is an absolutely great system and I'm so glad we finally added one to our RV!

Used it for my camper. Convenience, it works very well. Not sure what need to be done to it when it needs to be redone after 2000 gallons

When I read the reviews on this water softener I was skeptical about how well it would work. This worked every bit as well as was described and maybe even better. My well water was so bad I could hardly bring myself to shower or wash dishes with it. I received this softener, hooked it up with no problem thanks to the easy to understand directions. My first shower with it was amazing. The water felt so soft and smooth I didn't want to end the shower. I used to have rust stains in the stool and sink but after using this softener I don't have anymore rust stains. I would recommend this softener to anyone with hard water problems. Thank you for a great product.

Great water softener for a decent price. The reason it did not get five stars is the fact that they did not include any carry handle for the softener which makes it a bit more tedious to set it up with our RV. It seems that finding just a handle isn't all that simple, either, and, since it is a bit on the heavier side of the equation, I need to find a better/easier way to carry it around.

We’ve had this product for one day. It is simple to connect and I am disappointed I didn’t get this water softener the day we bought our 5th wheel. We’ve experienced an immediate difference in our water quality which is very hard at baseline. Outstanding product!

We have a stationary camper on our property and the water is terrible. This little unit gets the job done. We used iron out softener salt for best results

This does not meet the specs that the manufacturer claims. It does soften water, but this is not a 16,000 grain unit. If you have barely any minerals in your water, it will last 2,000 gallons. If you have just average hard water (17GPG), you can expect to Regen every 400 gallons. I worked with customer service and gave them the numbers, pictures, and proof. I gave them the opportunity to tell me that I had a defective unit, but even based on the numbers I provided them, they said it was working properly. I again asked them to clarify, saying "if it's working correctly, how am I having to Regen this often? Wouldn't this mean that the unit is only an 6,000 grain softener?" They never did answer that question.My advice, look at other manufacturers for a softener for your RV, there are plenty of them out there, and having a good one makes all the difference.If you live anywhere in the Southwest US, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Water in the Southwest is hard everywhere, and this unit will need to regen every 300-400 gallons. If you do laundry in your RV, that would mean a weekly regen.
