Simply the best of its type.
This classic Rooster Tail works exceptionally well. I have tried imitators but none have worked as well as the Rooster Tail. A large variety and size of fish take the Rooster Tail. It is a “go to” lure that I always have with me.

Looks good
Haven't caught a fish on it yet, but I also haven't had it in the water all that long. The lure is of good quality and the spinner works well.

Multipurpose Lure
Love these rooster tails since they can be used to catch a wide variety of fish in different water types. Mainly use it for smallmouth bass and occasionally trout if the conditions permit. Usually use this color when there is more turbidity than desired. The Yakima ones seem to hold up better than many cheaper brands.
