I bought 4 bar chairs for my kitchen island 14 years ago. The swivel bases are worn out now. I requested a price from the manufacturer and it was very high. I found this swivel base on Amazon and it fits perfect. It is hard to find the one with the 3 degree tilt but that's just what I needed for an excellent price. I am VERY pleased.

This swivel made my new install of a Tempress Navi hi back seat on a leader pedestal mount just perfect! I replaced my front seat on my bay boat from a pin mounted type base, because I just did not care for the play involved with the whole system. So I replaced it with an Leader adjustable pedestal mounting system nice heavy duty and solid. But first use out in the bay the no tilt swivel just made it some what uncomfortable not being able to kick back a little, Tempress seats are the best seat I have ever used over the years , but they are a solid straight back. This 3 degree swivel aaahhh makes it perfect. So my advice to anyone who are having this issue, BAM!! This is the answer . Pitbullman.

Top quality swivel, good value. If your current boat swivels are flat and you have no backward lean, try these. The 3 degrees provides a nice backward slope to improve seating comfort. I like sitting back like in a car'sbucket seat so added 2 inch galvanized pipe legs at front of seat boxes, so those plus this lean makes seating very secure and comfy.
