Poor Customer Service
Transolid Customer Service is not good. I called them because their Installation Guide said there should be five tubes of silicone adhesive in the shower wall kit I received. As soon as they found out I was an Amazon customer they refused to speak to me. They said I would have to call Amazon because Amazon has those tubes and puts them in the kits. I asked how can that be since Transolid assembles and distributes the kits. They simply said, "You will have to talk to Amazon" and they hung up. So I contacted Amazon and was told the manufacturer must be contacted to resolve this problem. I explained what I was told the Amazon Customer representative said they would get Transolid on the phone. The Transolid representative said the Installation Guide was out of date and Transolid does not supply the silicone adhesive any longer. Transolid also explained that any adhesive can be used. When asked about the warranty they said the warranty does not require transolid supplied adhesive be used. So I asked to see the warranty and found that the warranty says Transolid is not responsible if the adhesive fails. So I asked for an email saying that any 100% silicone adhesive can be used and the warranty will be honored. The Transolid representative acted miffed that I asked for an email. He said he would send it and then hung up before I could ask him to recommend and adhesive. The Amazon Customer Representative was embarassed by the Transolid response/attitude and offered to help me find an adhesive. Amazon Customer Service did make-up for Transolid's poor Customer Service. I cannot recommend Transolid product because their Customer Service is so bad and they treated me poorly.

Easy install
Remodeled bathroom shower. Product was easy to install and looks great. Everyone who sees it is impressed.
