Got this to be able to share files between my iPad and android phone offline for work. Overall it serves its purpose the app for the iPad takes a bit of a learning curve which is my biggest take away from this item. Since an app isn't required for the computer or android phone it serves its purpose fairly well. Fast transfer speeds and the USB C connector can reach my port while my phone is in its case.

This is a very handy device. Connects to everything although you do have to download an app from the Apple store for it to work with Apple devices. The app is really simple though and lightweight. This device isn't what I would call turtle speed, but it also isn't going to win any races. There is nothing else that I have found that works as well as it though, to bridge across all devices. It is a great device for that.

Intended to use this device to transfer pics from phone or computer to the local photo print machine. The pics transfer onto the device, sometimes wanting to format the device each time, but when I place into photo machine, the machine will not recognize the device. I have used other devices for this without a problem, but for some reason this device does not work for this purpose. Not a cheap device for this, so I thought I would be better off with a more expensive option. I was wrong. However, I was unable to return either, so I have this device that I will not use.

I was excited to get this because I needed to get my gazillion photos and documents and music off of my Samsung 20 FE to tranfer to my new Iphone. Each time I plugged it in to my phone port, it said phone charging and would not recognize the IDiskk and it would not allow me to change to storage download. Frustrated, I plugged into my laptop where it also did not allow me to copy anything. As a last resort, it allowed me to format. When I plugged it back into my phone, it suddenly recognized the Idiskk and allowed me to copy and tranfer all my files. I transferred my files to my laptop but when I attempted to put the stick back into my phone, I had the same error issue...phone charging! The only way I could get it to work was to re-format once again. I finally accomplished what I set out to do but not without spending several hours. I turned to you tube and also downloaded the manual. Not easy to follow. Ultimately, I ended up transfering my files to my one Terabyte Microsoft cloud drive. Not certain yet if I'm going to return this! I was hoping to store all my data on this small device, but with the glitch when plugging it in, I'm not sure it's worth the time spent trying to get it to work properly.
