Not perfect, but a noticeable improvement. Having this pill cutter is like having two more helping hands. The pill template is designed to hold many differently shaped pills in place while being cut. This helps in cutting down on uneven cuts.One of the most difficult pills that I use the pill cutter on is a small, round synthroid pill (5/16" in diameter). As long as as I make sure that the scoring on the pill is in line with the cutting blade, I get an even cut 80% of the time, a much better accuracy rate than any other pill cutters that I've tried.

Despite having a variety of shapes and sizes for the pill positioning, this cutter did not have one that was the correct size for the pill I need to split. I have a small round pill, and it is larger than the only 2 round slots provided. Might work for elliptical pills since the majority of the slots are for that shape, but didn't work at all for me.

My experience with this cutter is that it tends to crush half of the pill for small to medium pills. Because the pill sizing disc is hard plastic there is no give or flexibility so the blade splits the pill and it is crushed or partly crushed into the walls of the part that holds the pill securely.

Unfortunately it does not do a good job with cutting small pills most of them ended up either crumbled or cut unevenly.

the "sorta" part meant that it did not cut the pills I need to cut. Easy to return however.

Great - so many options for the different sizes and shapes of the pills and it cuts them better then most other cutters I've used.

The pill cutters designed for cutting out multiple size pills is fine . Unfortunately the cutting blade is about as tall as the back of a butter knife. You end up crushing the pills as opposed to slicing them I have thrown this piece of junk away.

Does pretty well, I have a really tiny pill to cut and it stills cuts crooked. I’ve tried several slots. Seems pretty sturdy. Not sure if you had really large pills? But it’s nice to have the different options.
