This is a very useful pan for scrambled eggs, making sauces and (in small quantities) soup. It heats evenly and food generally does not catch. It is also very easy to clean. This size (16cm) is quite small, however. If you are cooking for more than an couple of people you may want to go a size up. I will buy the 20cm saucepan based on this.

Si les prix étaient plus bas, je prendrais de suite la taille audessus.. Casserole-wok superbe, qui permet de faire sauter, mijoter des sauces et sans doute bien d'autres choses encore, dont je ne regrette pas du tout l'achat !
