I bought a XL, my waist is a 36. I bought it look more slim and put together due to my big belly from a medical condition that I could .not diet, birth or exercise away. It fits snug but that's what it's suppose to do. It doesn't bite into your skin or roll down. . My jeans and tops fit great and the control is awesome! It's not itchy and it does not cause heat bumps like some compression wear. Give it a try, you won't regret it. Also, use the guide chart .

This shapewear gives great support and control for the midsection. I have worn in numerous times under formal dresses and outfits. Unfortunately the back can dig into your butt some, especially when you walk or move around. Sizing is accurate, for reference I am 5'6" and wear a ladies size 1 and I ordered a small. Thick, quality material and the top doesn't roll or move around which is great.

I love this a lot, it is very comfortable and helps to smooth my stomach, however the lines do show through (like underwear lines) so it is better to wear with a flowy or wrinkled dress

I have bought several different brands of shapewear over the years, none of which I've worn more than once. I've never found a shapewear that could tuck my tummy in and not be tremendously uncomfortable.I just couldn't justify forking over big dollars for some of the other name brand pieces which might not work. So, after reading some of the reviews and scouring the internet for the best budget friendly shapeware, I decided I'd try the Maidenform Flexees.I'm quite certain if my husband had been watching me attempt to get into these briefs he would've ran crying - in laughter! I ordered a large because that's the size I normally wear (or a 12/14). I went to put them on and realized the name, Flexees, doesn't really do justice. Maybe brief/panty of steel would be better.I fought, wriggled, and wiggled until I finally had the garment pulled up and my post11-yr-old baby belly was finally the smoothest I'd seen in ages. I decided to try on my favorite jeans, which I had found to be fitting a little snug since the holiday, was actually loose. I'd say the Maidenform brief shrunk my gut by almost a dress size. That was pretty impressive in my opinion.The band of the briefs did no roll down as I found with other styles/brands. The legs were not too tight or uncomfortable. What I did not like was the sensation around my upper abdomen though. I don't like the feeling of anything pressing too tightly just below my rib cage. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to tolerate wearing the briefs for long because they felt so uncomfortable. The event came along, and I knew I'd be in these briefs for at least 6 hours, if not longer. I actually took an extra pair of panties along in my purse just in case I couldn't tolerate the shapewear. To my surprise, the longer I wore them, the better they felt; I ended up in them for about 8 hours.Taking them off was about as funny as putting them on - it took some effort - but donning them is definitely the hardest, however, it was worth the effort.I've worn these briefs several times now - I wash them in warm water and hang them to dry.If you've been searching for a budget-friendly shapewear which will not roll down, bind your legs, and keeps your belly tucked in, look no further! These are amazing - and I never thought I'd say that about an undergarment that looks like something I would've found in my grandmother's unmentionable drawer.

The shapewear is definitely slimming and stays in place. It falls a little too far below the bra line. Since it falls too low, it sometimes creates a little bulge between the bra and the end of the shapewear.

I have never succeeded in finding truly good quality shapewear that doesn't roll down or is just plain ill fitting. I'm curvy but short and these did not roll down once during a full 8 hour day at work. They are double lined and definitely hold in any bumps. I wear a medium typically but in panties and shapewear I always size up and this is true for this item. I'm nearly 50 and carry my weight on my stomach. These helped with smoothing. They were also firm fitting but not strangulating. I am impressed and am ordering another pair already.

This is by far one of the best shapewear I've ever worn. It sucks you in all the right places and stays in place all day. There are grips around the top to stop it from rolling down, and the material is very nice.

Runs small, but I'm wearing it. Pretty good quality.

l'Ho comprata per nascondere un po' la pancia sotto un vestito e devo dire che lo fa bene , vesto misura 48/50 di pantaloni (sempre per colpa della pancia) ,ho preso la guaina misura xl (fr/uk/us, eu 80 c'è scritto sull'etichetta) non stringe, è comoda da indossare

Muy buen producto. Hace buena compresión en el abdomen sin ser incómodo. Solo recomiendo weir una talla más grande de la que normalmente usas. De hecho, Amazon me recomendaba G por ser la que normalmente uso; pero la XL me quedo perfecta.
