Jaunty Jalopies is a fast-paced card game depicting fictitious automobile races in the 1920s. Two to four people may play. Playing time is about twenty to thirty minutes per race. Players use their respective personalities, equipment, and driving skills to avoid or overcome mishaps and subplots. Each player assumes the role of one of six characters. Characters have skills that give each a unique power. Is Fifi's personality a match for Angus' engineering talents or the terrain-smashing power of Otto's halftrack? Can Sir Reginald's political influence overcome Dexter's awesome bank account or Luigi's raw driving skills? Only you can decide! Players can be heroes, building up karma by rescuing other racers , or they may be villains, hatching fiendish plots designed to hamper other racers.
