I’ve had this for about six months now I need and it was really good, but now it’s not charging and Sort for some reason. If the seller is this please can I get back to me ASAP. Obviously I’m presently not happy.

My dog hates the groomers so I purchased this product to do it myself. The dog was so chilled as it was quiet noise. Excellent product

I have a very nervous dog, get a great cut and the sound is low.

So all was going pretty well. Half the giant labradoodle complete and thought I’d better give the clippers a quick clean and oil…… here’s where the issues began. I managed to get the clippers dismantled following the brief description but after a quick clean and oil they wouldn’t go back together. I did exactly what the instructions said…. Which was very little. Now I have several stitches in my hand after trying repeatedly to put the clippers back together, and a set of very blood stained clippers (which still won’t go back together and a labradoodle that still needs finishing.

I bought these clippers to replace a set that I've had for a few years and isn't holding its charge well. I was disappointed as they caught and pulled on both my dogs fur. Different breed dogs and different type fur. I actually tried without the guard comb and they worked much better. I tried a comb from my other clippers and they worked better. So I think it is the comb guards that came with it that is causing it to tug fur.

Ordered this in a hurry as our old trimmer broke half-way through cutting one of the dog’s fur. Got it the next day (thanks Prime!) and finished the job. It was super easy and quick, we love that it’s cordless and the battery lasts quite a long time. The noise level is not bad and it cuts through poodle fur so smoothly! We are very impressed and highly recommend it!

ETA: I bought these in Feb 2021 and as of Sept 2023 the clippers still work but they are now SO LOUD. I don't know what happen or why they are like this now so it's really disappointing because the noise bothers my dogs a lot. I can get a little clipping done but they start to get really agitated as the time goes on. I thought maybe they had a low battery but even fully charged they make such a bad racket. I've tried with and without the guard on. I never do a speed higher than 1 so I don't know what the problem is. For the price and how long they've lasted I'm happy with them and will keep the 5 star rating.So my last pair of clippers (can't remember what brand but I got them off Amazon) were ok. They got the job done but were so noisy my dogs hated them. Plus the cord always got in the way.I went back and forth between these and another pair of cordless clippers but after reading a ton of reviews I finally settled on these and I'm glad I did!These have 3 different settings and while the highest one may be pretty loud, the lowest one is quiet enough that my one dog who hates getting clipped was laying there falling asleep.There's 4 different clipper extensions - 3, 6, 9, and 12mm. I use the 3mm on my mini schnauzer and the 6mm on my schnauzer/dachshund mix and they both came out looking great! Well as great as they can from someone that isn't a professional groomer.And not having a cord is amazing. I'm not stuck to the bathroom wall trying to wrangle the boys to cut them. Instead I lay them on the bed on a blanket and cut them that way. This way they are comfortable and makes cutting a breeze.I would highly recommend these!

They are EXCELLENT...OMGbut just to let you know they really WORK😂🤭I tried to do a test patch on my 5 yr old Yorkie "My Baby" and that test patch led my lazy behind to having to finish the job😂😂 So I am grateful! They are so easy and smooth,other brands have caused me to "nick" her😔 Nick means to cut or scrape for those who never heard of that terminology..but anyway..yesss these work safely,efficiently,and fast! Warning they are sharp but so take your time because they do most of the muscle for you...umm lets see what else? They came charged at 85% already so by time they stopped and needed charging i was on her paws but 98% done and took over with the scissors..They are a little noisy which can irritate your dog,mine didn't appreciate it but I think she was more glad and shocked how smooth and fast the process was.. I did her face with them as well..If you do their face talk to to them and let them know its ok and you got their back and they are safe..They will relax more but it cuts so well and evenly with a steady confident hand..Ok I think I covered it all, easy to handleLight in your hand not heavy or bulky.I'm almost convinced they can probably cut human hair even better 😉

I have it for my pet and they are not affected by the sound and the clipper works excellently for long and middle length hair.
