I love the ease of set up and the transportability of this sauna. I set it up in my living room initially. The following day I disconnected the tube from the steamer and carried the whole thing to my downstairs exercise room. There are no rods to adjust so there's no worry of the sauna collapsing while moving it. The steam delivery is awesome. I turn it on, zip myself in, and watch tv. The remote works perfectly; I can fit my cell phone in the little pocket with the remote.

It worked well the first 5 times of use then out of no where during the 6th time it just shut off won’t turn back on so I don’t know I wouldn’t recommend the product if it’s just going to break down I was careful and everything and it happened out of the blue

The sauna size is too small. I am 5" 10" and I had a problem to find a space for my knees sitting on tiny low chair. So, it gives you maybe most of the steam room benefits but without feeling comfortable.

The sauna was easy to assemble and use. It gets very hot and I did lot of sweating when using it for the first time. I did have one problem where the metal frame punched a hole through the seam of the tent. I contact the company and they work to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

I would have given 5 stars all across the board but that chair isn't for plus size people. I purchased this one because it was Oversized and was supposed to cater to the heavier person....Not at all that chair is for "shinny short people". Now I have to find a chair to continue to use itCome on guys you need a different chair.

It works. Nothing like having a nice relaxing steam/sauna bath after a long day. It's easy to use, easy to set up, easy to clean.

Assembly was super easy. Love how I sweat in this. Super happy! The chair is my only complaint.
