Quality tool, very good price!
This tool is well made and made pulling this flywheel a cinch! I will buy these tools again when/if needed! I do service/repair quite a few ATVs, and having the necessary tools on hand is critical as the job(s) can not be done without the tools on hand. This is coming from a guy who has at least $30k in Snap-on, Mac etc. It is oh so great to come across a line of tools that are of good quality at affordable prices. If this puller was made/sold by one of the tool trucks I know it would have cost at least 250% ++ more than it does here. For anyone who has to tear into a Suzuki Eiger 400 (found in Suzuki & Arctic Cat ATV's from 2000 - 2008 or so) due to the glue that attaches the magnets failing, you're going to need this tool. I highly recommend buying it from BOSS as they've been great to deal with for me over the years.

Works great if you clean it and oil the shaft
Bought this to pull the flywheel on my Suzuki DR650. It worked and pulled the flywheel off easily after i cleaned it up and oiled the shaft.. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is there was some metal filings stuck in the threads. Before using it I had to unthread the shaft completely, Blow the filings off with compressed air, and then thread the shaft back in. be sure to put a drop of oil on the shaft so it will turn easily when under pressure. Un-oiled It wouldn't bind up and wouldn't turn with a breaker bar on it, with the oil it popped off the flywheel using a short handle 1/2" ratchet to turn it.

Puller had to be modified
Puller work fine once I cut the puller bolt off.You can not put the puller on the Rotor with the puller bolt in place and you can not put the puller bolt in the pullerwith the puller on the rotor unless you remove the fuel tank as there is not enough room.I cut 1 1/4 inch off the bolt to be able to get assembled.
