Hello Amazonias!I purchased this pair of digital thermometers to supplement my hard-to-read old-school mercury thermometer because my old refrigerator finally died and I wasn't in a position to purchase a new one soon. I wanted to monitor the temperature of my coolers to ensure my food didn't spoil even though there was ice in the cooler.Originally, I bought them because of the good price and the very easy-to-read digits. But I quickly learned how very relevant and extremely useful the feature of tracking my HIGH and LOW temperatures is!For example, if you ever lose power for an extended period and you're away (like on vacation) but the power returns while you're gone, at least you'll know how high the temperature got (since presumably it'll be ok by the time you get home and open the refrigerator and your thermometer reads 35 degrees ("all good" like my old thermometer).Brilliant, and a game-changer!

thry work very well. the only complaint {If you can call it a complaint} they are too accurate. Put on in small fridge. The analog said 45 degree, found it was 38 degrees

it seems to be quite accurate for refrigerator use!

Ordered these a little while ago. Took them both out of the same box, and they had two different temps on them. Not sure if they are super sensitive to temp or not, but it was easy to notice the difference between the two. I'm not talking by just a few tenths of a degree either...these had a difference of 3-4 degrees between them. I used one for the refrigerator, the other for the freezer side. I got these to replace a different type of thermometer I had in there, (of which one failed on me). Unfortunately where I got them from, the seller doesn't accepts returns.So far they are working and doing the job of monitoring the temps needed for my refrigerator.

I like the fact that it has an easy to set stand as well as a hook.I purchased a new refrigerator and needed an accurate reading. This tested as accurate and is easy to read.
