The router is slow as hell. I have found no way to update it. I have my computer, ps3, and smart t.v. plugged in and am still lagging drastically. I watch hulu and it jerks every 5 seconds. :(

Works great, we got it to add coverage area to our home. I did need a little help from D-Link support on the setup (the Tech was great) but easily done.

I am having problems setting up my Roku. There is zero phone or chat support on their web site.

After upgrading my Cox modem for faster speed (Cisco modem), my Dlink dual band router no longer worked!! The cox technician could not help and actually told me after finishing the install that I needed to go to a Cox store and get a dual band modem for it to work.... which was not only irritating after buying an upgraded service, it was totally WRONG. After hours and hours of trying to figure it all out and multiple calls to Cox Tech Support and Cox home networking, I finally got to Dlink consumer support (1877-453-5465) and the CSR was great -- she walked me through each step of the setup again to reset the dual band router back to my old band names / settings, and so it did not interfere with the Cisco modem's IP address. I was able to get more help in 20 minutes on with Dlink than I did basically all day including 4 tech calls to Cox and 1 technician in my house. Everything back online, and the Cox rep actually said the Dlink dual band router was a much better wi-fi router than the Cisco modem anyway - so happily it's back online. You only after to contact Cox again to request they put the Cisco modem into 'full bridge mode.' Once they do, you can verify by checking the IP is a public and not private IP. Thank you DLINK!
