Excellent Text on EW
This text book gave a great overview into what's happening in Electronic War and how it is done. I liked it. The book provided the analytic formulas to perform gain calculations without being overdependent on the mathematics to understand the basics. The book covered Radar Warning Receivers (RWR) which I'd had no experience with and provided a clear explanation of how they work and what technical parameters are important. I've worked in the industry for a while, but I wished I'd read this 10 years earlier.

Overpriced
It's an OK introduction to EW, but keep in mind it's not a huge book, and a nice chunk of the content you'll find in other non-EW textbooks related to wireless comm design and such, so it's really weird to see it cost $120, I assume most folks buying it are getting their company or school or whatnot to pay for it. Like others have said, it MIGHT be worth that much if 101 and 102 were combined. I didn't find the last chapter on Simulation very useful. So overall, the first 70 pages and last 50 pages are either background material you can find elsewhere, or useless details about simulation, leaving 170 pages of core content. It's a small book, most pages are 1 diagram and like 20 lines of text, and I'm only saying this to point out how it doesn't have room to go very deep into any topic, in fact a ton of the topics have a small paragraph worth of discussion and that's it. If you're like me and focus on the comms side while not diving too deep into the radar side, DEFINTIELY don't bother with this, it's like 80% radar 20% comms (rough estimate imo).
