Lightweight. Easy to assemble. Music and speeds of rocking are appropriate for a newborn. Good safety straps.

I have purchased the mamaroo in the past and I, by far, prefer this swing over the mamaroo. This swing is lightweight, portable and easy to store (under a high sitting couch or bed or even in a closet). I like how the sun shade comes down so far to almost completely protect baby from the sun if you were to take this outside. Not bad for the price either considering other baby swings cost $200+.

I just received this swing and assembled it which was pretty simple. I would give it a 5 star rating but the one downfall is that the motor that makes it swing is quite noisy. Other than the noise, I love the compact on the go size, the quality seems durable, and there are plenty of speed and music options. I was a bit worried about the seat being too low to the ground but I think it is just right. I was also wondering how long my baby would be able to use it, but I think he has plenty of room to grow into it. (Not too shallow)

Had a version of this swing for our newborn child many years ago; and, it proved to be a lifesaver when we could not hold her (making meals, doing laundry, etc.). Gave this updated version to friends for their new child; and, they agree how useful it is for them too. They thank us all the time!!!

My baby is 8 months now and I still use this swing from time to time when we travel. It works great, has various music and noises to help soothe baby and folds up compactly. It's a little on the heavy side for being portable but I can still lift and carry it with ease. It also has straps to hold the baby in and vibrates. The batteries seem to last well in it too. I've not replaced them yet.
