I got this battery after the stock one finally gave out; which I was actually fairly happy with. This battery however, is actually more robust, and has a bigger capacity. It is ever so slightly larger than the basic one, but other than a couple extra ounces of weight, that's not much of a downside.

Battery was DOA, laptop would not recognize it being connected; this was doubly frustrating as I was in the field at the time. Should have trusted my instinct on this one. I recently ordered this battery for my Dell Inspiron laptop. It was a perfect fit for my laptop and holds the charge for many hours if needed. I am happy with my purchase, and will purchase from this vendor again if needed.

I've used this as a replacement battery for three weeks now and had zero problems. I was nervous since there are zero reviews but Amazon is great about returns. I'm very pleased, it works great! It took no time to swap the battery and works just as well as the original battery. Would recommend happily.

The battery fit like a charm, and was even pre-charged, so when installed in my laptop, it booted up the computer properly and instantly. While that's expected, nevertheless it worked as advertised, which is most appreciated.

So far going well. This is my second attempt in getting a replacement battery for my laptop. The last one was a recall. So lets see what happen in the next two weeks.

Lasted 18 months, the original Dell battery had lasted a little over 2 years. I think this was a good buy based on price and performance.
