Easy to understand!!! Love this book!!!
Erin has a way of explaining things so that it makes sense. Finally a diet I can follow. No cutting out total food groups. I use her Pretty Muscles workout app too. She's just amazing and you will love this book! We all deserve to feel good in our own skin.

If you want a healthy life style, this book is it!
The Power Plate Diet is so educational. Don't let the word diet fool you. Erin teaches you how to live a healthy lifestyle without giving up your favorite foods or hopping on the next fad diet. I highly recommend that you first read her book called the 4x4 diet. It will you teach you how to eat clean and live that healthy lifestyle. The Power Plate Diet is an extension of that book with lots more fun, easy, healthy recipes. She then gets into inflammation. I've had the same issues for years and never once that too dig deeper in to see that there could possibly be foods, even healthy foods, that I'm eating that cause this. There's also mini workouts provided in both books. I mean who doesn't want recipes and workouts provided to them?! That in itself is worth buying this book. I considered myself to be fairly educated on clean eating and after reading this, I learned so much more! I'm so grateful to have discovered Erin this year. From her Pretty Muscles App to the education she provides on living a healthy lifestyle, I'm in the best shape I've been since playing volleyball in high school and I'm over 40 now :) I've been at my job for over 22 years and no one has ever pulled me aside to say they can tell I've been doing something different because I look great and now I've had multiple co-workers point it out. I wasn't an over weight person to begin with and I have an athletic build so this can work for anyone. The best part is I can still enjoy my favorite not so healthy foods and live a little. Highly recommend!!!

AMAZING!!
This book has changed my life within a matter of a week. I have lost almost 5lbs in a week by simply following Erin’s power plate diet. Erin’s writing made it feel like she was my own personal trainer/nutritionist. She has changed my life for the better, I can’t wait to continue this journey. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a great way to change your health and mindset about food!

The Power Plate diet is a book everyone needs in their arsenal of health. There is so much good information and science as to why we need to eat healthy and move our bodies. Erin explains the reasons very clearly and simply so it is easy to follow. You will feel motivated and empowered to take charge or strengthen your health journey.

Do the Work!! Get the book!
I love this book! The recipes are easy and taste good. The Vital Proteins work and I do enjoy the beet juice. If you are looking for a healthier lifestyle, then read the book and get the app and do the WORK!
