Worked great and at an amazing price. Only problem was even though it said Prime shipping it took a week to get this from the 3rd party seller. Next time I will give it more time before we run out.

Terrible. Either Amazon or PostageInk should be ashamed for selling this. The first one I ordered: the ink on the top half of the postage label was red, the bottom half was reddish-black, and the top line of the postage label would not imprint. I returned it and ordered a second cartridge, hoping the first one was a fluke. The second cartridge: it intermittently does not print the top part that indicates "first-class mail;" I would get a message on the meter that an ink cartridge was not installed even though one was; and the postage meter would freeze up when I had a ink cartridge problem and tried to turn off the machine. I returned the second one and will order elsewhere - I cannot take a chance that these defective cartridges damage my machine.I bought directly from PostageInk in the past and had good luck. I am wondering about the items being sold through Amazon. I will be contacting PostageInk directly to see what is going on.

We have ordered this in the past and had no problem. The new one we ordered is working great. But for some reason this cartridge was defective and and stopped working after on 30% use. Just wish there was a return for a defective unit since it was only 30% used.

I use it in a neopost machine at work. It was easy to install. Worked well right off the bat. After about 50 stamps, it left a thin blank line across the postage and has ever since. The ink is a lighter shade of red than my previous ink, but totally legible.

Bought to replace the Neopost cartridge and works great so far, Neopost doesn't like you not using their expensive cartridge, but who doesn't like making money.

I just installed a new cartridge just out of the box and my machine doesn't recognize it. I bought it probably 8 months ago I'm fairly certain these have an internal date/time expiration so they become junk if you have them for more than 6-12 months. All I know is that brand new, out of the box, and mine didn't work.

Great product, well worth the price also works great in the postage machine. Thank you.
