Works well, but packaged very badly
When I received the sensors they were all mangled because it was badly packaged

Does not like 5v!
Running at 5v, the sensor output bounces, 2 low, 2 high - over and over. As soon as I switched to 3.3v - everything settled out and I got consistent output.Beware, if you get inconsistent output at 5v, try 3.3v!
