When I first received the lights all were working right out of the box. It took me about two hours to install the lights and secure the cords. After all that work one of the lights started to blink rapidly and then went off. The light would not turn back on! I reached out to the company to see if they could replace the one defective light. They never responded to me. Such an unfortunate experience. Will never recommend this product.UPDATE 9/4/2018: I was never contacted by Bason about my review or product feedback but today UPS showed with a complete replacement for the lights. I greatly appreciate that this matter was resolved in a timely manner. Thank you so much!!

Good under-cabinet lighting at a decent price. I used these puck lights in a rental property to replace my super-hot halogen lights that were constantly burning out. These LED lights don't get hot, just slightly warm. As noted in the description, the white color output is more of a cool bluish white, not warm white which was okay with me. After turning them off and back on they will resume the same color or lightshow as before. All pucks utilize the same color and cannot be controlled individually. I would consider the light output as more of a glow than "bright", albeit some colors appear to be brighter than others.My only complaints are:1) The velcro tape wouldn't stay adhered under the cabinets so some of the pucks kept coming lose and dangling by the cord so I had to resort to using the included screws. Fine, but to install the screws you have to unscrew the white shade to expose the screw holes in the body of the puck lights. And holy hell, unscrewing the shades are next to impossible. I had to pry them off with a flat screwdriver and hope I didn't ruin the latch. Getting them back on was just as difficult. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?2) The lights are a little dim and as I mentioned earlier the output is more of a glow than bright task lighting. Fine, but the lightshow strobe/flashing lighting options aren't programmable. So they cycle through their own set colors that no one is really going to use. IMO, the only usable lightshow feature is "fade" where it softly transitions between all the colors. The power cord length was long enough to reach an outlet under the sink and the cords to each puck was just long enough to accomplish the look I was going for.*I've uploaded pics from my home (white cabinets) where I did a practice setup and then the final installation at the rental property (black cabinets).These were a better option than what was being sold at my local home improvement store at the time so I don't regret my purchase.

I don’t usually write reviews but these lights are awesome. They really added ambiance and a luxurious feel to my kitchen especially after I painted the cabinets white. Love the features on the remote and how thin and flat the lights are so they are not visible from my cabinets. I drilled holes inside the cabinets to hide all the wires and used the outlet that my fridge is plugged into. The remote receptor need to be visible.. it cannot be inside the cabinet. So I drilled a tiny hole so it can stick out.. not a Problem. Like some other reviews said, the Velcro sucks. It’s not strong enough on its own. You could use the little screws also provided. I added some gorilla glue and kept it in place with tape until the glue dried. But everyone loves these lights. I’m going to order another set soon for the other side
