The item arrived several days early in excelllent condition.

Love this product . I think it helps. I use it as a shampoo too. Have to hide it from my husband so that I can have it for myself. Smells great and makes me feel good .

I have been using this brand in the lotion for a few years now and decided to take the extra leap and buy the body wash. I am very impressed with how nice this smells (peppermint). Smells absolutely nothing like the lotion which smells like Vanilla just for refrence. Im not sure how much magnesium is actually in this bottle or for that matter if im really benefitting from it because usually you have to allow time to let magnesium absorb into your skin for at least 20 min in tub or so like the lotion,oil,etc.That being said one reason i purchased this is because my schedule is so busy i needed something i could use daily every morning and hoping even for the short time i reap some benefits of magnesium. I do use this along with the lotion which stays on me all day until i shower again at night.I can say if your hoping this helps with aches and pains which i live with chronic pain my personal opinion would be no.The lotion yes however i havent soaked in the tub with this which i believe it says you can do.I will definitely buy again for the very reason it smells fantastic and leaves me feeling super clean.Im also hoping i get a little magnesium in my system.
