Jack Frost Insulated Hot/Cold Gel Packs, 8" x 17", 6/cs

Due to a fairly serious traffic accident, I frequently suffer from neck pain, back pain, and headaches. I keep several of these gel packs in my freezer and rely upon them to give me some relief. Notwithstanding the official product directions, I usually place the foam side against my skin, without any towel or barrier between the gel pack and my skin ... and FOR ME, that does the trick. These packs are fairly flexible, and they are cold, but not too cold. The gel holds its temperature for at least an hour, and usually more. HOWEVER ... the first pack I obtained measured 4" x 14" ... which is perfect for my neck. If only I could find more in this smaller size!:-}

Stays cold a long time.

I suffer from tailbone & SI joint pain that makes sitting painful. I place these in the frig to cool them, then place two, one under each buttock, to kill the pain. Can sit pain-free for an hour before swapping them out.After awhile they will leak at the end seams so I always keep spares.Pack them in a cooler for car trips & dining out.
