Is there are battery charger included?

Mine didn't sadly, but I contacted customer support and they helped me out right away! The cable showed up in two days, and I even got a free charging dock for the manufacturing mistake! Great service, great product. Just make sure you don't lose the charger, I heard they're pretty hard to comb by

mine did not come with an instruction kit. How can I get one?

Does it work with straight razors and trimmers? Thanks

I’ve used it with my trimmers. I hold it in place and bring the trimmer down. It slides from shaper to hair you want pretty easily. I follow up with a regular razor afterwards.

How do you use this on the neckline? The tool is too wide to use the curved edge, and I can only get a straight line from jaw to chin.

I put the curved part at an angle in the middle, under the chin, and then I slide it across to left, shave the left neckline, then slide it right and shave the right neckline. It takes a bit of practice because it feels a bit awkward doing it in the mirror. But after a few tries, it works.
