Best flag I've purchased, ever. USA made. Brilliant colors and durable. After it was on the 20' pole for 1.5 years it's colors fading were still better than several neighbors who had much newer flags. It is nearly always windy and during April - June we usually have 30mph breezes with heavier gusts. Finally, the lowest stripe began to tatter. This has far exceeded any flag life I've ever flown.

UPDATE: After another two years of constant display (24/7/365), my flag is starting to look just slightly faded again.Considering the harsh weather conditions; sun, ice, snow, rain, hurricane force winds; not to mention the horrible winter in Boston this year, I can state with confidence that these flags are extremely durable.The spinning flagpole and bracket are still fine, so I'm glad these replacement flags are still available. I'm ordering another one today!--- previously ---Original Review: April 19, 2013Two years ago I purchased the Valley Forge Flag Kit, containing 2-1/2-Foot x 4-Foot Nylon United States Flag with Sewn Stripes and Embroidered Stars, and 5 -foot Aluminum Spinning Pole, and multi-position bracket. Except during severe weather, it flies 24/7 on my front porch. Only now, after two New England winters, did the flag become noticeably faded and slightly frayed. Considering that I live in a windy area near the ocean, it held up quite well. (see pictures I added to the product gallery)Although the "silver" coating on the ball finial has mostly worn off, the rotating pole and mounting bracket are still in good condition, so all I needed was a replacement flag; this item is a direct replacement! Now, with it's beautiful new flag, I expect to get another couple of years of service from the pole and bracket. Flying the American Flag is a simple way to show support for the people who risk their lives to protect others. This is a good product to buy if you plan to fly your flag every day.

Shipped in nothing but a cheap plastic bag, no box. Have had floor cleaning pads packed & shipped with more respect. The plastic had a slice cut and other stretch damage.The flag is Beautiful, well made & most important is made in the USA. We purchased this flag (Valley Forge Perma-Nyl 3ft x 5ft) in Oct 2018. It has flown 24/7/365 for the past 6 years with the exception of a few extreme windstorms that were part of a hurricane forecast. The flag has performed better than expected and has no tears or rips at this time. We are replacing it as it is in full sun for about 2/3 of the day in the summer and about 1/3 of the day in the winter. It is pole mounted on the side of my house at about a 45 degree angle. In researching this flag I can ensure that it is 100% American made with American labor and materials. I am purchasing another identical one today to replace this as parts of the blue has just faded to much for me.Lastly, and this is the most important part. All who replace the flag please make sure it gets to an agency that will officially retire the flag as it is meant to be, in a "Flag Retirement Ceremony". There are a lot of civic organizations that will do this. Just google them.
