I have relatively small hands but ordered a medium. They were comfortable first 30 minutes, fit well in boxing gloves. But after a while during workout start cutting circulation in fingers. My hands are still cramping 24 hours later. Will stick to regular wraps going forward

Velcro used in this is not the same quality as on the boxing gloves, so it may wear down fast.

Although i like the Starpro Boxing gloves. These gel wraps are bad.Do not buy. Useless. It causes skin irritation and the finger holes are very rough. The stitching is horrible. Wrist protection is flimsy.

Can wear it with my boxing gloves

Great hand wraps, they fit perfectly under my glove, they are very easy to put on and off, and they offer great wrist and knuckle protection. Highly recommended!

Fit well

These hand wraps are so great! A lot of times when I am training with boxing gloves my knuckles hurts but these helped so much while punching the bag! They are also way easier to put on than handwraps! I suggest trying these bad boys out.
