Absolutely delightful
We've had it for three months now and thoroughly enjoy it. A great and total feeling of gentle rain. Purchased it with Delta Faucet UA902-PK 10-inch Adjustable Shower Arm, Chrome as we did not have a ceiling mount. Have to tighten the arm very snugly due to the weight of the showerhead but it has worked perfectly. Would highly recommend both pieces.

The best shower head I’ve ever purchased.
I couldn’t be happier with this shower head. It’s large and has a beautiful mirror finish. Showering underneath it is like standing in warm soft landing rain. If you want a large shower head, I recommend buying one without a second thought. My only “complaint” would be that it’s a resivoir type design so once you cut the water, anything that doesn’t come out sits and will give you a chilly blast next time you use it.

Good shower head
Like the shower head. Pressure is good and love the size. Only thing I really didn’t like is when you turn it off, it tilts to the side. The water drips out of one side and I keep having to adjust the shower head each time I go in.

Winner!
I can't not post a review of this lovely rain ShowerHead. We have the 12" and that is just right for the water pressure and the experience. The water pressure is right in the middle with not too soft and not to hard. We looked at a lot of rain heads in showrooms and the quality of this one is up there with the best of them, and the price is right! No strange noise coming from ours as someone else mentioned. I appreciate this quality product that doesn't cost a fortune.

Under any use case I can imagine, I can only assume that most similar products are way better
I will tell you later what I was expecting when I ordered this, but let me just tell you now what I understand of it.1. This showerhead is too heavy to be supported by an arm like Delta's adjustable shower arm which seems to be designed to adjust the height without loosening any of the joints. (It occurred to me later that this is perhaps why the photos for this product seem to always show a mounting that directly comes through the ceiling.)Even so, this showerhead will be supported just fine by an extending arm that locks into place, requiring you to loosen at least the upstream joint in order to adjust the height. I bought an AquaSource one from my neighborhood Lowe's in a pinch, since the Delta one I'd ordered had failed me.2. Noting the above parenthetical--that this product seems to be marketed to folks that have a vertical downspout from the ceiling--I have to wonder why it has a ball joint. This ball joint between the main body of the showerhead and the threaded connection upstream will need to be carefully positioned or else it will leak. Note that this leak isn't due to a failure to seal the threads. It is entirely in the ball joint. If the showerhead is tilted one direction or another as the water is running, water will bypass the nozzles and drain out the ball joint.Surely the fix is simple: Just position it carefully, right? Sure. Until you turn off the water, and it tilts under the load of the water draining out unevenly. And then it'll be fine until you turn on the water, and it tilts under the new load. You'll need to adjust it, repeatedly, for a few seconds. Basically, the ball joint doesn't have enough friction, or perhaps the ball joint shouldn't exist in the first place. Why bother? So my position is that this isn't a good product for anything that it seems to present itself as.Why did I buy it in the first place? At a previous apartment, I had a 9-inch circular showerhead from Waterpik that I loved. I loved it so much, I recommended to someone a 12-inch square showerhead similar to this product that I'm reviewing now. I had the occasion to use it recently and enjoyed it. That product was installed directly on the downspout without an extender arm, so that the combination of gravity and its position off of the wall meant that the bottom edge of the showerhead was against the wall. I didn't analyze the installation, and didn't think to check for leaks.Since I enjoyed that one, I figured why not go one more better? So I got this 16-inch one, along with the arm as I mentioned above. That said, I'm disappointed for the reasons I've mentioned above, and that is enough to warrant a 1-star review, in my opinion. I am not counting against it the following review of any vertical-orientation showerhead, in case anyone like 2-weeks-ago me comes across this review:The softness of the water drops as it hits me is very appealing to me. The idea that the water is falling vertically has some amount of romantic appeal as well. What I don't understand is that with this showerhead in a vertical orientation, either water runs down your face, threatening your nasal passage, or water hits your body as you lean your own head out from under the showerhead, or water doesn't hit your body at all.As much as I romanticized how great it would be, practically, it just doesn't make sense to me.
