This kettle bell is a amazing deal for this price, I’ve seen lower weighted kettlebells going for more money and aren’t as good a quality like as this! This kettlebell is great for working out at home and the best part of kettlebells is only need one to get a great workout! Also these seem like they should last for while and hopefully don’t start chipping paint off. I’ve had mine for about 2 weeks and so far I love them and use them everyday! 価格が安いタイミングで購入しました。画像はAmazonベーシックの20ポンドとの比較です。ラバーコーティングはありませんがツルツル滑るクリア塗装では無いです。筋トレ経験のある成人男ですが、最初は20ポンドぐらいから始めたほうが良いと思います。スイングは特にフォームが大切なので軽めが良いです。今回、10ポンド上げましたが5ポンドずつ上げても良かったかも。
