It's hard to know if these work ? I have it on my child all day it says on package to take of for baths and night time. I do that but people say you need to leave on continuously but I am fearful of choking

Beautiful necklace. Fast shipment. I didn’t give 5 star because of the lock. The lock isn’t safe for kids, as it locks. I once had another amber necklace which had a lock that could open when pulled. So for safety for the child maybe this is not the best
