Fake Double Septum Ring

although my septum ring arrived damaged (the bottom was bent and a little wonky), i am giving this product five stars because of the EXCELLENT customer service i experienced. i was so sad to open the package and find that it was crooked — mistakes happen. i wasn’t upset, but obviously was hoping for a refund or product exchange. i contacted the seller and offered to send it back, and they said no need — they sincerely apologized for the mishap, told me to not worry about returning the product, and immediately offered to submit a full refund, no questions asked. they were kind, made me feel valued as a customer and more than anything they took care of me. i will DEFINITELY be returning to purchase from them — i don’t even care what it is. i’ve had such awful customer service experiences, coming across a company who sincerely cares about their customers and wants to make things right really matters to me. not only that, they responded same day.THANK YOU!as for the product, it is still super cute! i can tell even though mine was crooked. i might just have to re-order another. it’s the perfect size — i prefer daintier and thinner pieces of jewelry, as to not look too big or distracting on my face. this faux septum ring is the perfect size! and very comfortable when put in place. it’s easily adjustable, and i can tell would last.
