Even if you have absolutely no problem with gluten, if you like black licorice, you will love these! They are just soft enough, chewy and taste great! I recommend this particular vendor as every order we've ever gotten from them has been fresh. I once used another vendor, thinking I was being smart by ordering a huge amount at one time, and the candy had gone bad (if you search my reviews, you'll see that review). This seems like a nice compromise between ordering just one bag (expensive) and ordering a bulk amount (we usually order a total of 6 bags- they come in "sets" of 3). Grateful for such a delicious candy that happens to be gluten free!

Tastes like real gluten-laden licorice. Not as soft as a gummy-bear, but just as addictive. The Scottie dogs are bigger than a quarter so you can't pop a whole one in your mouth and eat like a lady. i've been unable to sneak eat without getting caught and having to share.

Bags are a little too small, otherwise no complaints

I’m gluten intolerant and so I was very surprised to find a licorice that was gluten-free, a little skeptical but amazed when I tasted the yummy little Scotty’s. I have a friend who Has celiac disease and she loves licorice as much as I do, she has had to avoid it for so long so I bought her some. She loved them so much she had to buy some for her self. Thank you for making such a wonderful product!

This is the best licorice ever made. This site is deceptive. It is the tiny packages, at first glance it looks like the packages are 8.25 ounces each. The are 2.75 each. The cost for these tiny packages is robbery!

Reading the picture of the front packaging as displayed on Amazon, it is make to put Gimbal's Scottie Dogs ahead of other licorice for quality. This is not so.The first three ingredients are: corn syrup, sugar and food starch modified. Twizzlers is probably better and substantially less expensive.

My mom loves these! I’ve bought them several times for her and my aunt. They claim they are the best tasting licorice they’ve ever eaten!

These delicious and cute little snacks are amazing. I enjoy one or two in the evening before bed. They are just the right texture, not too soft and not too hard. Even my two year old can enjoy them.
