Very pleased. Easy to put together and feels solid and stable. Not too big and more practical than a rail that is closed at one end, you can drape a damp towel out more freely. The base is a matt slate grey colour (would recommend not placing greasy fingers on it) and the metal a brushed steel effect which is what I was hoping for. One slight annoyance the sticky labels to assist in putting the pieces together left a very slight deposit on the brushed metal, if I tried a couple of products it might come off but is covered anyway when the item is in use. The edges of the cross bars might pull or scratch delicates fabrics or skin if you brush past too close but the sharpness of the finish is stylish.NB Some descriptions of this item on this and other sites are confusing, there may be a chrome and a matt steel finish out there and this page shows 2 completely different sized items, not the same thing in 2 finishes. The weights given cannot be right as the larger one is stated to be lighter than the smaller one.

This item is extremely well made and is balanced perfectly. Being made of stainless steel it will last a very long time. I use this item in my holiday home for approximately seven months of the year. Other stand alone towel rails rust very quickly and have to be replaced frequently. Although fairly expensive, this Blomus rail will pay for itself over and over again in the future by not having to be frequently replaced because of rust. Great item.

I have a very narrow bathroom, and this is a lovely compact stand, however it does need some clearance to the wall to be able to hang two towels. Solid and attractive, docked a star as the dimensions did not mention it needed som clearance. Otherwise usual high standard of Blomus quality.

Ich war 2 Jahre lang begeistert vom Design und der augenscheinlichen robusten Qualität; jedoch ist vor 3 Wochen die Garantie abgelaufen und die Schiene ist nahezu unbrauchbar und dass für gesalzene 149 € früherer Preis!! Die zwei Metallschräubchen, welche die Schiene halten sollen, greifen nicht mehr - siehe Foto - und nun sitzt die Stange locker darauf. Zieht jemand ein Handtuch nach oben ab, um normal das Handtuch zu benutzen, fällt auch die Stange mit runter. Das darf zu diesem hohen Preis nicht passieren!!

Dieser Handtuchständer kostet zwar ein paar Euro, dafür ist er auch aus Edelstahl und ist sehr gut verarbeitet. Der Ständer kommt in 4 Einzelteilen, die mit den mitgelieferten Inbusschlüsseln einfach und schnell und ohne weiteres Werkzeug zusammengebaut werden. Der Sockel ist schwer und daher ist dieser Handtuchständer nicht nur für Handtücher, sondern auch für Klamotten sehr gut geeignet. Ich verwende ihn für die Klamotten und er funktioniert super anstelle des hässlichen Stuhls den ich bisher für diesen Zweck im Bad stehen hatte. Da der Ständer aus Edelstahl ist und der Edelstahl noch nicht mal Bodenberührung hat, gehe ich davon aus, dass rosten kein Problem sein wird. Insgesamt sieht er genau so aus wie auf der Abbildung.
