Q: Is this designed to encourage hair growth and strength?

This formulation was not developed for use case of hair growth. It's made with natural and plant based ingredients that hydrate and protect the hair shaft keeping hair healthy and strong.

Q: Is this safe for color-treated hair? (HM)

This a very gentle shampoo and conditioner in one that is designed not to be stripping. Lots of customers use it on color treated hair with great success!

Q: Is the shampoo supposed to be sealed? I am nervous about receiving unsealed products that are eligible for returns...

It should have a shrink band around the top.
