I occasionally get tennis elbow and golfers elbow on the same arm, I dont believe it ever fully heals and the strap provides good support. The website listing is a little confusing regarding if it contains rubber/silicone or something else two bendable rubber like bars are stitched inside the material either side of the hole to give support, so whatever it is isnt in direct contact with your skin if this helps. You can adjust the strap to suit as the entire outside allows fixture of the Velcro straps. It does get warm after a while which isnt an issue if you are sitting around but if using while playing sports or doing any exercise its more of an issue.I found the easiest way to attach is to quickly put one strap on then attach the other to the right tightness and then reattach the first strap tighter. For the price for two straps this is better value and it does provide support to the elbow, it wont be a cure but helps alleviate some of the discomfort that tennis elbow brings.

Having played racquet sports for over fifty years, I have never met anybody with tennis elbow in both arms ,so I was surprised to find a twin pack on sale, I would suggest it allows you to wash one and still have one to wear. As these items would easily wash and dry overnight when not in use most people could manage with one but as these are under £10 for the pair they are good value for money. It is a very comfortable one size fits all support. It is very easy to fit by putting your elbow in the cup section and resting your arm on a chair arm to wrap the straps to a comfortable but not over tight position. I left it on for a couple of hours and found it kept my elbow and surrounding area warm and it did not restrict my arm movement. There is sufficient area of velcro to enable it to fit most people without it coming loose or being too tight.

A strong chemical smell wafts from the pack upon opening, but soon dissipates. The multiple Velcro tabs make the support adaptable for different diameter arms, but with thicker arms one Velcro tab rests against the skin and within minutes rubs it raw. This can be alleviated by attaching a small square of Duck tape over the tab. The straps dig into the skin when the elbow is bent towards the shoulder, and over the space of 8 hours becomes uncomfortable. The material is quite thick, making it very warm over long periods of time. It is very supportive and great value for two. If used for short spells or playing a light sport maybe tennis or golf, it might be fine. Not suitable for use when arms are curled tight e.g. weightlifting or lifting heavy objects all day at work e.g. Mechanic.

Then reach around and secure below the elbow.Can then go ahead and readjust to fit properly. But in my case my brachialis mussel is too big for this strap. The spikey part of the velcro isn't fully over the soft part of the velcro, so that then rubs and irritated the skin. Which just caused more of a hindrance to me.On the other hand it fitted my nephew and he said he find it does help him.

I've tried all sorts of supports for my right elbow over the years, having had a chronic shoulder problem and tennis elbow for years. Some days I need all the help I can get and I have worn this both on its own and in tandem with a tennis elbow strap. It is easy to put on, even without help from somebody else and definitely makes the elbow feel more stable without restricting movement. It will fit over or below clothing and I really like it. There is some boning in it which gives the support, but the material is quite flexible so you don't feel restricted in it at all. On bad days, I've had it on with the clasp below it and it works really well for me. Great value for money and part of my rescue remedies.

This set of 2 elbow support is well padded and you can adjust the velcro fastening to tighten up or down depending on how tight you want it. I got this for my husband who’s been having elbow and shoulder pains due to sewing. He spends a lot of hours sewing. These elbow support helps relieve the pain and discomfort. It’s very easy to put on and stays in place and doesn’t move. Can be worn left or right fits both hands. The size is perfect and is adjustable it doesn’t matter if you have skinny or wide hands. It feels soft and comfortable and doesn’t irritate. It is well designed and looks great. Definitely worth the price for £8.99 I would definitely recommend it.

I have had a chance to test out this twin pack of elbow support from Adlikes.They do offer protection and support for your elbow whilst wearing them.The straps fit both the left and the right elbow.They are little tricky to put on you need place your elbow in the circular aperture then secure the support via the velcro straps either side.This twin pack does offer good value for money as they are only £8.99 for the pair and provide support for both tennis and golfers elbow,which is handy as my left elbow is effected by both.The straps are supplied in their own resealable pouch,are machine washable and are made in China.
