Subjekt HerPhones Petite Earbuds with Mic for Women (Red)

I have tiny ears that ache when I use standard earbuds (iPhone earbuds for example), and I searched high and low for earbuds that have a mic and are tiny. These kept popping up during my searches, so I thought, "what the heck" and bought them. The smallest tips fit me perfectly (although I could even use smaller tips!) and don't make my ears ache, even after an hour of using them. The silver part is tiny too, which is great - they don't stick out awkwardly. They're about the size of a standard push pin. I am no audiophile, so if you have tiny ears but you' still insist on the best bass and treble (blah blah blah) you should probably look elsewhere or just get standard over-the-ear headphones - not earbuds. But if you're like me and just want the darn earbuds to work without causing you pain, I would definitely suggest these. I can even rest my head on my pillow and the ear that is down doesn't hurt!! Another plus is the length, which is long enough for me to stick my phone in my purse or pocket, and long enough to plug into my desktop computer screen and turn my head/type/reach for files while listening to music. Lastly, the color is correct in the first image - it's a vibrant blue! I was worried it would be silvery-grey-sky blue, but they are a nice bright blue color.

Let me start by saying I almost didn’t buy these because of the “herphones” thing - any stupid marketing to women like that really irks me. But that being said, I have small ears and no earbuds are ever comfortable, many dont even fit. So I decided to give them a try. Sound quality is comparable, if not better than others ive tried at this price point. But really i’m just happy at how small and lightweight they are, perfect for fitting in my small she-ears.

I really really love these! These are the first headphones I can put in my ears all the way without any pain.. and I hear the best on these because I can put them fully in. The way I imagine normal-sized ear people (haha) hear with their ear buds! I just got these yesterday, but I canNOT get enough of them! They are cute and perfectly sized! If all other ear buds hurt your ears because they are too big for you, you will love these! I can't wait to try sleeping to binaural beats with these!One note: they come fit with the smallest rubber ear insert. I could use an even smaller one if they had had one, but it doesn't hurt. It just fits pretty snug. But no pain, so, I'll take it!Update August 20th: I am so in love with these ear buds! I switched out the smallest ear bud tip with an even smaller, more narrow one, and it made these PERFECT! I just lost these, and I've already ordered them again! I'm more sad because my husband found the small tip from an old headset he had from an old job. He never used them because he has normal sized ears. Haha. So, now I have the perfect ear buds for me, I'm just on the search for the perfect ear bud tip. With this combo, I can listen to these bad boys for 12 hours at work, or for hours while I sleep with NO PAIN! I'm in LOVE!!!

I bought these because I thought the part that fits into your ear would be smaller than other buds. Nope. That part is just as large as the others that do not fit into my ear. The difference is the overall length is shorter, which means you have less leverage when trying to cram these things into your ear. If you have tiny ears these may be the thing for you. If you have a tiny ear hole, they are not.

These were advertised as being for small ears but they were too large for my small ears and popped right out. There were extra earbud covers that were included, but none were a smaller size. They were all the same size and all too large. It doesn't really matter what I wanted to use them for, if they don't fit my ears, they're no good to me. I will be returning them.

I really wanted to like these earbuds. However, though they are listed as petite (on the box, even), they still do not fit in my ear canals. Maybe I just have freakishly small ear canals, but these were supposed to fit in my ears, and they don't. I guess I need to start looking at children's earbuds.To make matters worse, these came with a bent 3.5 mm jack. Additionally, they arrived in a filthy box. The outside looks like it was handled by someone who had very dirty hands while the box was wet. Not a huge deal, but definitely not awe-inspiring.So, to recap, I would not recommend these to my friends and family, but I might suggest them to someone who was an acquaintance that I didn't care for very much.

I have purchase no less than 7 of these Earphones in the passed 18 months. I like the fit as I have never been able to wear any ear bud type headphones before but there is a serious flaw in the product as I continuously have issues with the quality of sound, it cuts in and out and the durability of the cable. When you purchase an item at $19.99 you expect them to last. I just opened my recent purchase and started playing something and it's already cutting in and out. I wish I could find something like this that had a better quality. I am not sure how to get a hold of the manufacturer of this product as Subjekt does not come up in Google. Unless you are sitting down, sitting still and not doing anything when wearing these I wouldn't suggest buying them.

My ears are freakishly small and 2 different sizes. I sort of just accepted I would never be an earbud person.I found the HerPhones and thought I'd take a shot. Glad I did! The bud tips were still not small enough but I was able to hack it with some other earbuds tips (see photos)Pros: Smaller than the average headphone. Comes with smallest bud pre-installed. Sound quality is decent and blocks out outside noise.Conns: doesn't include smaller earbuds which is kind of the point. Cheap wiring. Sound quality is average.Conclusion: headphones are exactly as advertised. Petite and smaller than average headphones. And with a little hacking perfect for these tiny ears!
