I didn’t like this product, the color was to dark, instead of golden brown. It had a dry feel while eating, I’m mor used to a buttery, coating sensation while eating Bottarga. I’m familiar about this product ( I’m Sardinian) I knew that I could get the very same thing here, but I had better here in the USA.

Good bottarga and the price is right.

Exquisite taste, premium quality. Would highly recommend to the discerning botarga consumer.

Could not detect any saltiness. Tasted more like an old aquarium filter than a salted fish product. I wish I had noticed the amount of 1 star ratings before I bought it.

Questo è tutto sommato un buon prodotto,ha un buon profumo ma una punta di eccessivo sapore amaro al palato che va un po’ oltre l’amaro che comunque caratterizza la bottarga di muggine,ho in parte risolto il problema facendo arieggiare il tutto un paio di giorni.Prodotto comunque buono che sicuramente riacquistero’.

Entendu parler, donc j'ai voulu essayer. Je l'ai utilisé avec une omelette, ou spaghettis. Trés bon et sain, goût fruit de mer agréable et appréciable vraiment. Je ne regrette pas mon achat de ce petit sachet de poutargue. Au contraire.
